Sie w\u00e4rmt uns von innen, besitzt eine stimmungsaufhellende und heilsame Wirkung auf den K\u00f6rper. Au\u00dferdem unterst\u00fctzt sie das Immunsystem, hilft bei der Entgiftung, regt die Lebert\u00e4tigkeit an, wirkt antioxidativ, entz\u00fcndungshemmend und f\u00f6rdert die Verdauungskraft (Agni).<br \/>\nDa das im Kurkuma enthaltene Curcumin kaum wasserl\u00f6slich ist, wird dem Rezept etwas Kokos\u00f6l beigef\u00fcgt. Wichtig ist das Kurkumapulver mindestens 5 Minuten zu kochen, damit es seine volle Wirkung entfalten kann. Mit dem Schneebesen r\u00fchren. Nach und nach verkocht das Wasser und es entsteht ein Paste.
