Je nach Menge des Ingwers schmeckt es mild oder stark. Es hilft uns beim Entgiften, unterst\u00fctz beim Abnehmen oder bei Erk\u00e4ltungsbeschwerden. Besser ist es ihn nur kurz mit Wasser zu s\u00e4ubern. Denn in der Schale stecken auch viele Inhaltsstoffe. Schneide den Ingwer klein.<\/p><p>Koche den Ingwer zusammen mit dem Wasser mindestens 10 Minuten.<\/p><p>Nimm den Topf vom Herd und lasse ihn etwas stehen, damit sich die Sedimente am Boden etwas absetzen k\u00f6nnen. Dann gie\u00dfe das Ingwerwasser in eine Thermoskanne zum Warmhalten.
