Sie l\u00e4sst sich f\u00fcr viele Rezepte alternativ verwenden, z.B. zum Backen.<\/p>\n<p>Datteln geh\u00f6ren zu den Steinfr\u00fcchetn. Sie haben einen hohen Zucker- und Kaloriengehalt. Deshalb sollten sie nur in Ma\u00dfen verzehrt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Powerfr\u00fcchte sind leicht verdaulich. Sie sind reich an Balaststoffen und Mineralien wie z.B. Kalium, Calcium, Kupfer, Magnesium und Mangan. Dar\u00fcber hinaus enhalten sie Vitamin A, K, C, verschiedene B-Vitamine, Eisen sowie die Aminos\u00e4ure Tryptophan.<\/p>\n<p>Medjool Datteln sind die gr\u00f6ssten und s\u00fcssesten Datteln.
