Da fragt man sich, was kann ich alles daraus machen? Wie w\u00e4re es mit einem leckeren Pfirsichchutney.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist ein Chutney?<\/strong><br \/>\nEin Chutney ist eine w\u00fcrzige, zum Teil s\u00fc\u00df-saure, oder scharf-pikante Sauce aus der indischen K\u00fcche. Es wird entweder aus Obst oder Gem\u00fcse hergestellt. Seine Konsistenz reicht von fl\u00fcssig \u00fcber cremig bis hin zu einer Paste. Teilweise auch mit Obst- oder Gem\u00fcsest\u00fccken. Verwendet werden kann es, je nach pers\u00f6nlichen Geschmack, f\u00fcr Reis-, Fisch-, Fleisch -,Curry-, Gem\u00fcse- oder Nudelgerichte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pfirsiche<\/strong><br \/>\nDiese Fr\u00fcchte haben es in sich. Sie wirken st\u00e4rkend auf das Immunsystem, entw\u00e4ssern den gesamten Organismus, regen mit ihren Enzymen Verdauung und Stoffwechsel an. Weiterhin enthalten Calcium, Magnesium, Eisen und Zink und die Vitamine Beta-Carotin, Vitamin E, B1, B2, B6 und C.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-649\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Koriander und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel im M\u00f6rser ansto\u00dfen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Ghee in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel darin and\u00fcnsten. Dann die gem\u00f6rserten Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben. Kurz anr\u00f6sten und mit Apfelsaft abl\u00f6schen. Ingwer- und Pfirsichw\u00fcrfel und Zucker unterr\u00fchren und 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
